Indiana Gratings Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of stair thread, Electroforged floor grating. Our name has become synonymous with the product "Gratings" that manifests the dedication of more than three decades of experience in design, manufacture, supply and erection of gratings. The overall reliability and performance of our products are guaranteed by the fact that most of the products and components are manufactured in-house.
In 1997, Indiana started its journey to become a multi-product group, with manufacturing of floor gratings. Even now, after more than three decades, our core product gratings is appreciated by our valued clients and our pursuit continues improvement that has enabled us to remain a leader, since its inception.
Our Products
The use of electrofusion eliminates weld defects such as porosity, undercut, blowholes etc. observed in manual welding. At the same time no slag is formed thereby giving better aesthetic value to the Gratings, we manufacture. Our automated process with elimination of punching and cleaning gives high productivity. Give us the Load Carrying Capacity and the Structural layout....we do the rest.. We shall design the most economical gratings suitable for your requirement. We also prepare layout drawings, platform wise giving bill of material and mark numbers to each grating corresponding to your structural platform drawing.
Our Infrastructure
Today, we have a 60000 sq. feet ultramodern plant at Jejuri, near Pune, equipped with European make electroforged grating manufacturing machines. Needless to say, our plant is only one of its kind in India. Indiana since its inception as a grating manufacturer has consistently grown in terms of capacity, client base, turnover and quality improvement. As a result. we today can provide our valued customers with high quality electroforged gratings on ex-stock basis at attractive price.
Our Quality
A sound financial base enables Indiana Gratings Pvt. Ltd. to hold adequate stocks of steel and other vital components. It also helps to enlist the services of the most reliable contractors. The electroforged gratings are manufactured by us from state-of-art European make Machine at our Jejuri Works near Pune. In elctroforged process cross bars are press-locked into unweakened bearing bars by using high pressure and electrofusion. The process is completely automated resulting in high productivity and better quality. As done in conventional methods bearing bars are not punched to accommodate cross bars. Full-depth of bearing bars is effectively utilized thus making electroforged gratings stronger than conventional gratings made from same steel section. Raw materials and all bought-outs of proven performance are procured from reputed and most reliable supplies, and undergo rigorous inspection and testing.
